Julianna has worked as a producer, director, choreographer and teacher for the past 30 years. Her background is in professional theatre performance and choreography, having worked on more than 150 shows throughout her career. Julianna was introduced to the world of Corporate Theatre, Conventions and Entertainment during her performing years, and was enamored by the level of creativity and magnitude of productions. From 1987 to 1994 she was a producer, performer and project manager with the Showplace, a corporate theatre production company. In 1995 she joined with another production company and became Executive Producer for corporate events throughout the world. Julianna founded Zakarak Productions in 1998 and is now the founder and producer of ZAK-PAC. In addition to corporate productions, Julianna and Zakarak are in the creation process of musical theatre and entertainment productions for the public.
Associate Producer / Production Stage Manager / Director / Production Manager
Ed worked as a professional stage director in the Philadelphia area during the 1990’s. His credits range from children’s theater to high school, college and professional theater. In 1999, Ed changed direction somewhat as he worked as a project manager for exhibit development for the Pacific Science Center and The Experience Music Project, both in Seattle, Washington. Ed has been with Zakarak for the last 10+ years.
John has done just about everything for Zakarak over the past eleven years. Now serving primarily as a producer, John is one of the most seasoned and respected corporate entertainers in America. John has created, produced and performed material for some of the largest corporations in the world. John is also a fantastic impersonator. Some of his most famous work includes the Blooz Brothers, Elvis and Rocky, which received a ringing endorsement from former Philadelphia mayor and Pennsylvania governor, Ed Rendell.
Jeffrey Coon has produced, created and performed in corporate theatre and events with Zakarak Productions for the past 16 years. He has also performed in close to 100 professional productions and worked at most of the area’s theatre companies including the Walnut Street Theatre, Arden Theatre Company, Act II Playhouse, Philadelphia Theatre Company, Prince Music Theatre and many others. Favorite roles include Harold Hill in The Music Man, George in Sunday In The Park with George, Stanley in A Streetcar Named Desire, Father Flynn in Doubt, Che in Evita and many, many more. He is a 10-time Barrymore Award nominee, winning for his performance as Dominique in The Baker’s Wife at the Arden Theatre. Jeff has also taught for the Arden Theatre Company.
Peter John Rios
Peter John Rios has worked for many years in and around Philadelphia as a Choreographer, Director, dance/theatre instructor and performer for Walnut Street Theatre, the Kimmel Center, Prince Music Theater, Candlelight Theatre Delaware, Media Theatre, Muhlenberg Summer Music Theatre, the Actors Center Phila., PA Performing Arts Academy, Upper Darby Summer Stage and others. Peter is the Tap Dance Instructor for the Ira Brind School of Theater Arts at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia working in the Musical Theatre Dept. He has performed with and choreographed for several tap companies in PA, NJ and NY. Peter is also the Social Media Coordinator for ZAK-PAC and Zakarak Productions Inc. where he has worked for 14 years performing in and developing corporate events, flash mobs and other projects.
